Larger races, like ogres and half-giants, have the ability to periodically
smash their opponents, doing 1.5x to 3x damage. The attack is done either 
unarmed or with a blunt weapon, and it can possibly knock your enemy senseless, 
stunning him for a short time. The attack is so powerful that it sometimes
prevents an enemies defensive block or parry, and it is unable to be riposted.
